We offer premium plans to unlock the full potential of our Financial OS. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay.

We take the security of your data seriously. We prioritize your privacy and security. Our database is powered by Supabase and utilizes robust Row Level Security (RLS), meaning only you can access your personal records. We never store your full credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing section of your Profile dashboard. Once you cancel, auto-renewal is disabled immediately, but you will retain full premium access until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Because our service is a digital software product that is instantly accessible, all subscription sales are final. We do not provide partial refunds. However, we do make exceptions for technical billing errors or duplicate charges. For full details, please review our Refund Policy.

If a recurring payment cannot be processed (due to an expired card or insufficient funds), your subscription may be temporarily suspended or downgraded to a free tier until you update your payment method and the charge is successfully completed.

Yes, you have complete control over your data. You can instantly wipe your financial records from the Settings page inside the OS. If you wish to permanently delete your entire RevivalVendX account, please email our privacy team at privacy@revivalvendx.com.

No. Canceling your subscription simply stops future billing; your account and historical data remain intact in a read-only or free-tier state. Deleting your account is a permanent action that permanently deletes your account and personal data, subject to any data we are required to retain under applicable law.
